Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Please note:
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in color or pattern are natural and not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear or undergarments, for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will respond with return instructions and the shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
